Payment is collected in full at order confirmation either way — for order-basis items, this secures your order with the manufacturer. We ship as soon as the product arrives, together or in parts for mixed orders.

We accept bank transfer (NEFT/RTGS/IMPS), UPI, cash at our store, and online payments via Razorpay for secure card, UPI, and net banking transactions. For high-value equipment purchases, structured payment arrangements can be discussed on a case-by-case basis depending on order size and project scope. All transactions are documented and you will receive proper billing for every purchase. For outstation orders, payment is typically confirmed before dispatch. Most orders reach serviceable PIN codes across India within 4 to 5 business days from dispatch. Remote or non-metro locations may take an additional day or two depending on the carrier.
